Job description

The Administrative Assistant plays an important role in organizing, project managing, and keeping our B3 Method Institute (B3MI) Team running.

Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate with opportunities and clients in a professional manor
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp/Constant Contact, CRM, Slack, Zoom
  • Understanding of Google Workspace: Google Docs, Sheets, Email and Calendar
  • Comfortable working with or willing to learn Slack, Mailchimp, eSpeaker,

Thinkific, Insightly, SquareSpace, Poditize

  • An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, but not required

Duties/Responsibilities

  • B3MI LMS administration of members, scheduling of events, back end administration for billing, FB Private Group coordination
  • Assist in Scheduling of Live events – keynotes, webinars, retreats, events, interviews, etc and adding to the Calendar/sending out Zoom invitations
  • Keeping up with tasks and assigning tasks as needed in Insightly CRM
  • B3MI Team communication through Slack and attend live team meetings through Zoom
  • Mailchimp Audience Name Clean Up, Importing & Tagging
  • eSpeakers/Insightly management of events: Track Attendance/Testimonials
  • Manage Breaking Beliefs email account, podcast scheduling/booking of interview, obtain bio information,, upload episodes for podcast editing
  • Conduct CAS Course Weekly surveys and create/share results spreadsheet
  • Create Zoom polling and attendance reports for CAS Course CPE
  • Responsible for tracking Amy’s CPE for each year
  • Coordinate/Order items needed for Welcome Boxes/Thank you Gifts
  • Oversee Book Publishing, maintain complete stock of all books and accuracy of inventory
  • Organize and Maintain Mailing lists for gifts/Holiday Cards
  • Ordering of stationary items
  • Customer Service Assistance as needed
  • Help organize and maintain Google drive and work emails

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
