Responsibilities
Research information about potential properties, communities, schools, and amenities so client questions may be answered
Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants basing on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
Qualifications
Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
Present yourself in a professional manner
Real Estate License
Drivers License
Reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Newport News, VA 23606: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
