Tenacity is what we're looking for, and someone that understands epoxy or has had some training in construction. However, we're looking for an experienced, motivated, individual that is passionate, patient, creative, organized, and can sit at a desk for an extended period of time.

If you are effective in closing, creative, and not afraid to work hard we invite you to apply for this position. You must have a passion for sales, and knowledge of CRM's / sales applications, etc.

This job is remote and we expect you to have your own computer and internet connection. We also expect the sales person to sit at a computer for no less than 8 hours a day. We will not support working on the road. You must be at your desk answering calls, as you will be a part of the team that is at the forefront of calls and customers need a clear voice at the other end of the line.

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated sales person that is efficient, organized, results driven, and patient with prospects. Position could result in management of sales team (team lead) if skills and results are present.

You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. The ability to proactively cultivate sales from leads that may not have purchased within the first week of contact.

It's important to understand that this position will require you to sale, and actively communicate with the customer after the sales cycle. We encourage creativity and love to see a motivated person work with innovative ideas.

No need to cold call, however there may be slow days and we would expect you to work on old prospects or find new ones thru any means necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Extensive experience with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent'
