GENERAL FUNCTION: Responsible for the business development, relationship management and client experience of contract partners to help originate loan volume. Supports the key sales leaders and partners to target new prospects, build pipeline, and close deals. Will be knowledgeable on every stage of the project life cycle, from the lead stage through project completion. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank’s risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and optimize lead generation and sales operations processes
  • Conduct phone and web-based appointments to educate, build relationships, communicate developments, and collect feedback
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve questions and issues
  • Manage collateral, day-to-day communications with contractors and maintain accurate records
  • Track metrics to evaluate performance
  • Engage and support clients through portal training, underwriting, credit training, and active deal support onboard
  • Identify prospective contractor clients, then develop and execute effective onboarding strategies
  • Become a subject matter expert on all viable U.S. Home Improvement in terms of competitive pricing, market leaders, growth trends, technology, and financing options
  • Deliver a world-class experience and superior support to clients by quickly and efficiently resolving client issues via live inbound requests, voicemail, and email inquiries regarding use of the platform
  • Responsible for new partner onboarding, training, and ongoing support
  • Responsible for credit application and loan pipeline support
  • Conduct virtual trainings to engage existing clients and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Continuously collect and communicate market intel based on daily interactions with clients.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or mathematics preferred.
  • Minimum of two years sales experience.
  • Prior B2B sales experience helpful, but not required
  • Proven ability to build new and existing client business and provide a positive client experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume of outbound calls daily with tact and professionalism
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Strong business acumen, including detailed analysis, review of financial statements and understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Ability to assess client needs, drivers of profitability, and corporate/personal life cycle optimizing financial solutions.
  • Effective problem solving and analytical skills with ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Champions the organization’s vision and core-values through personal actions and leadership influence to promote high-performing work groups.
  • Proven ability to work in a team-based sales environment.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office software.
  • Experience with Salesforce and web presentations, preferred
