Remote / Virtual Administrative Assistant wanted full time for super busy public accounting firm in Morris County, NJ.
Must have a cheerful attitude and be hard working.
Must be proficient using computers.
Must know Word, Excel and Outlook.
Duties include but are not limited to, answering the phone with excellent customer service, managing the Owner/CPA schedule and his emails. You will also be doing the firm billing and assisting the Office Manager with whatever she needs to run the office.
If you are someone that can keep up with our fast pace, is able to multi-task, doesn’t get easily stressed or flustered and can service the clients and staff cheerfully while maintaining excellent organizational skills, this is the job for you!
We are a C.P.A. and profitability consulting firm, who services over 300 business clients in the Northern New Jersey Area.
Compensation based on experience and production
