REAL ESTATE EXPERIENTCE REQUIRED

The Compliance/Office Assistant is responsible for ensuring all Real Estate files are in compliance with the Department of Real Estate and ensuring the Office is running smoothly. You will work closely with Agents/Managers and Transaction Department to ensure Agent related transaction questions are resolved promptly and files are approved for processing by our commissions department before cutoff.

Audit Active/Listings to make sure listing paperwork has been submitted.

Review uploaded documents within 24-48 hours from time of upload.

Make sure contract & disclosures are accurate based on transaction type and that dates/signatures are fully executed.

Confirm closing dates, location, and documentation due at closing.

Audit Active/Listings to make sure listing paperwork has been submitted.

Professionally administer all incoming office calls in a courteous and friendly manner.

Greet visitors and guests in a professional manner.

Perform a variety of office/clerical duties such as supply ordering, keeping the office neat, photocopying and some data entry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:
