We are hiring and coaching Licensed Real Estate Agents!

At 1st Class Real Estate we take a forward thinking approach to the real estate market today! We have shifted to meet the market and our agents are closing deals in 90 days if not 45 days of coming on board with our brokerage.

With 97% of Real Estate Agents failing by their 2 year you want to join a company that will be in business with you and make sure you are closing deals. With the right support, coaching, training, and most important LEADS, we will take your business to the next level.

As a Licensed Real Estate Agent you can expect:

  • Progressive commission/split structure which is commensurate with your hard work (some as much as 100%!)
  • Real Estate license agent or Broker (Required).
  • Must complete the 60-hour real estate course (If you’re in the process of taking the course you’re welcome to apply)
  • Beginners are welcome to apply (No experience needed)
  • Needs to be available for a full-time position (for training and working with clients).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $53,354.00 - $146,364.00 per year

Supplemental Pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mobile, AL 36602: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
