The Role There are few things we look for across all hires in the Business Operations team. The QA Specialist is responsible for evaluating the quality and accuracy of an Agent and or CSM’s calls, emails and chats. And will ensure that quality standards outlined by Service Departments are being met. The QA specialist will support the implementation of process and procedures.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

    • Assure quality and reliability of agent’s calls, emails and chats.
    • Conduct test calls, emails, chats as needed.
    • Primarily listening/reviewing agent calls, emails and chats. And share ratings/reports relating to individual and group performance with management.
    • Partner with support managers to resolve quality issues by initiating effective interdepartmental communication.
    • Assist content manager and Ops manager with ongoing training initiatives.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

You Should Have

    • You’ve got positive energy. You’re optimistic about the future and determined to get there.
    • You appreciate direct communication. You’re both an active communicator and an eager listener.
    • 1+ of QA experience with Client Success or Support teams.
    • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, including a willingness to consistently provide superior customer service.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Familiarity and perform basic G-Suite functions.
Salary starting at $60,000.00
