JOB DESCRIPTION:
In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. You will need to be reliable and punctual, and able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive on a regular basis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy
- Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
- Follow all written and verbal instructions
- Attend all safety and production training
- Must be open to first or second shift
- Ability to work entire shift on your feet
- Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
PAY:
- 1st shift: $21.75/hr
- 2nd shift: $23.00/hr
- Grow - in rate: $31.06/hr
- $2,500 NEW HIRE BONUS
- Eligible for pay increase every 6 months
SHIFT:
- 1st shift: 6:30am-3:15pm (Mon-Fri)
- 2nd shift: 7:15pm-4:00am (Mon-Fri)
*Both shifts must be open to overtime dependent upon business needs, including occasional Saturdays*

Pay: $21.75 - $23.25 per hour
