Private Events Coordinator (Part Time) (Work from Home)
Job description
We are looking for a part-time private event manager to book weddings, miscellaneous private events, corporate events and University of Michigan events.
You will be responsible for a variety of functions in addition to booking events - most of the time will be answering emails, and talking on the phone with guests for event coordination purposes. Good writing and organizational skills are essential along with working with Tripleseat, SevenRooms, Aloha and various google tools.
This position is designed to be work from home and will require ~25 hours per week. Regular interaction with our prospective hosts and bookings via email or phone will require a flexible schedule throughout your week in order to keep up on event leads, guest questions, and interaction with our management team. The nature of this work is ideal for those looking to work a few hours every day, as needed.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
