Ecommerce Retail Planner Owning Equipment & Footwear categories for the Ecommerce channel, you are part of the team that plans and assorts TNF product. It is your role to develop, execute, and communicate merchandise financial plans and strategies that support the category merchandising, marketing, and financial objectives. You are responsible for analyzing historical trends to influence pre-season plans while simultaneously hitting in-season financial sales, margin, and inventory targets. Comfort with reporting and recapping will be critical to this role. This is an analytical job—we need someone who is detail oriented and enjoys operating control-related standards and procedures. This role is highly influential and requires a strong collaboration with Site Merchandising, Merchandise Operations and most importantly your first team of Buying, Planning, and Allocation. How You Will Make a Difference What you will do:
  • Drive financial results that maximize sales, inventory, and profitability
  • Create pre-season plans and manage in-season sales forecasts and inventory
  • Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by class
  • Seek solutions to business obstacles and process opportunities
How you will do it:
  • Collaborate with Buying to develop pre-season strategies that align with future financial and product opportunities
  • Work with Site Merchandising teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of in-season product strategies
  • Develop knowledge of new reporting systems, planning tools, and ecommerce platform
  • Manage inventory and constantly strive for improved productivity

Skills for Success Years of Related Professional Experience: 2+ years in Merchandise Planning (Direct-to-Consumer preferred) Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
