PCA Personal Care Assistant
Job description
Part-time and Full-time personal care attendant positions open in multiple Minnesota Counties. Hours vary. Clients who live in their own homes/apartments. Need assistance with daily living skills including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, range of motion, transfers medication reminders, some meal prep and light housekeeping. Will train. Must have valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and a compassionate heart. Background check required. Current PCA enrollment preferred but not required. (Up to $14.50 with training and certain qualifications). Cities currently include: Forest Lake, Hugo, Stillwater, Isanti, Stacy, Chisago City, Shafer, Harris, Wyoming, Oakdale, North Branch and others.

Duties:
- Reading, writing, and carrying out directions
- Providing companionship and supportive listening
- Reporting changes in the health or status of the client
- Feeding clients
- Responding to emergency situations
- Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
