Job description

We’re a professional organizing company seeking a part-time administrative assistant to help our small business run smoothly. This administrative assistant will be responsible for tasks including: responding to client emails, client onboarding, scheduling, updating client records, ordering, and order tracking. This individual must have past experience with creating and capturing SOP.

This person must be an absolute savage at keeping track of details and must be highly self-motivated and self-directed. Exceptionally strong writing skills are a requirement, as our company prides itself on communicating impeccably with clients. This person must also be incredibly trustworthy, and able to pass a background check.

Our business runs with the help of several programs, including Dubsado, Google sheets, Gmail, and Evernote. Familiarity and expertise with any or all of these is not required by highly preferred. Tech adeptness is a must.

This person can work remotely, and must be able to reliably log on 1-2 times per day to respond to messages, update sheets, process orders and so on.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
