Job Description:

  • Handles inbound calls, Email and Chat
  • Support for online tool
  • Educate customers about payroll entry, tax & benefit information, direct customers to leverage on-line help
  • Call volume averaging 60-80 calls per day

Training Schedule: 7:30am-4pm, Monday through Friday

Post-Training Schedule:

  • Will be assigned a scheduled between 8am and 6pm. (Mon-Fri)

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of Customer Call Center Experience.
  • Very technology focused role, need to be able to work in a fast paced, technology-heavy call center environment.
  • Experience with customer de-escalation
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting back-to-back customer calls
