Got Moxie? We would love to meet you! Moxie Institute is growing and we are seeking a virtual part-time National Account Manager to support our sales and service departments. In this important role, you will be a brand ambassador representing Moxie Institute to our prospects and current clients, as well as work closely with the team to lead Project Goldmine.

The primary responsibility is assisting the Client Solutions team with co-representing Moxie’s suite of services including one-on-one coaching, team training, corporate communication, storytelling, presentation workshops, speech and scriptwriting, presentation design, and our (virtual) public teleclasses. This position will support follow-up sales activities and retention with our existing clients. Our clients include executives and their teams at Fortune 500 firms, large privately held companies, thought leaders and influencers, training and development professionals, human resources, sales and marketing teams, and TED speakers.

You must be purpose-driven, highly engaging, an excellent communicator (both written and verbal), well organized and detail-oriented, techno-savvy, and most importantly exhibits an unrelenting commitment to client solutions with a passion for growth and success.


  • Build, nurture and sustain relationships with our current and past clients (calling, emailing, social networking, etc.)
  • Create strong partnerships with Moxie’s directors, coaches, trainers, and consultants
  • Collaborate with sales, account, product, and marketing teams with client feedback for improved services and processes.
  • Collaborate with the client solutions and sales team with any growth needs or opportunities
  • Active and ongoing client check-ins
  • Participate in client debriefs for additional sales opportunities and quality assurance
  • Assist sales with scheduling client meetings
  • Manage and update CRM and other reporting tools
  • Create proposals for service recommendations or extensions
  • Manage payments and track in CRM and project management dashboard
  • Prepare, edit, and follow-up client proposals
  • Maintain client resources to reflect up-to-date service information
  • Manage proposal system with accurate services and pricing
  • Maintain excellent written and oral communication skills with a high level of confidentiality.


  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • 1-3 years of previous sales, customer service, or account management experience
  • Engaging on-camera video presentation and communication skills
  • A positive, self-starter attitude with a deep desire to contribute to Moxie’s mission
  • Great at building relationships and loves collaborating with others via video, phone, email, and social media. You are passionate – and everyone you meet knows it!
  • High-level attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills and a proven ability to multitask
  • Is creative, curious, organized, motivated, dependable, and professional
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture where team members work collaboratively
  • You are curious, humble, and constantly asking yourself how to be a greater force of good in our world
  • Computer literacy – high degree of proficiency with GSuite, Microsoft, CRM systems, and social media

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
