Mortgage Assistant
Process Associate
Location is Atlanta, GA

In the role of process associate, you will execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines, reviews and validates the inputs from the other team members, support your manager in training activities, daily operations reviews and help in escalation resolution with the objective to meet service level agreement targets for the specific process within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
  • Track and log the outcome of calls using client software

Qualifications
Basic
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Preferred
  • Knowledge of Mortgage and loan industry
  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks as well as learn new computer programs
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical skills

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.

This role is based out of Atlanta, GA and is temporarily remote until company’s decision to return to office.
