Position: Materials Buyer Planning Specialist
Location: Waukesha, Wisconsin, United States

Looking for a Materials Buyer Planning Specialist who can function as the planner/buyer for a portfolio of service parts and has direct impact on global customer fulfillment and inventory working with suppliers based in the Americas.
A brief overview of your facility and what you produce - A Leading Global Medtech and Diagnostics Innovator and Manufacturer Focused on Solutions for Diagnosis, Treatment, and Monitoring. Our role in Global Services is to supply parts to customers and equipment all over the world for Imaging, Ultrasound, and Lifecare Solutions.

Work Location - May require 2-7 days physically in the office for global team meetings a year and for training. Otherwise, REMOTE Work from Home, Laptop, Monitor, docking station, and Cell phone will be provided by .

This is a 12 months contract that comes with remote work possibility and potential for temp to perm which will assess at a later stage.

Roles & Responsibilities
Overall ownership of material procurement and availability, using standard materials planning processes and tools.
Drive accountability and on-time delivery with suppliers, both internal and external.
Work with customer solutions to resolve back orders, expedite as necessary.
Maintain target stocking levels while meeting inventory targets.
Build and maintain strong linkages with inventory, finance, sourcing, logistics, warehouse op’s, customer solutions and product life cycle.
Support new product introductions and engineering changes, while working to minimize obsolescence.
Mitigate and problem solve supply interruptions and risks.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 1 years of Supply Chain/Materials experience, preferably with a manufacturing company.
Buyer/Planner/Order Management experience or supplier-facing responsibilities.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
Effective time management and organizational skills; detail oriented.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively over phone and email.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
