We are a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, and colorful, lifestyle brand looking for a Marketing Manager. We are based in Austin & Los Angeles but are open to hybrid or fully remote candidates. We have a very strong e-commerce channel, a growing wholesale channel and 3 retail stores. Job Description:


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs to increase brand awareness of the company – focusing specifically on affiliate/influencer marketing & wholesale marketing programs. Reporting to the Senior Director of Expansion Marketing, this position specifically helps support the cross-channel marketing efforts of the Erin Condren Expansion Marketing team. This person will gain valuable experience in omni channel marketing, affiliate/influencer program management and marketing strategy development and execution for large retailers such as Amazon, Target, Barnes & Noble and more. We are looking for a digitally savvy, marketing mind to develop and execute cross channel marketing strategies from beginning to end and continue to drive brand awareness and revenue goals.   • Lead the daily management of the brand’s affiliate and influencer program including affiliate network operations (ShareASale), commission structures, coupon/cashback strategy, influencer relationship management and integration in larger marketing campaigns to support product launches.
  • Develop and execute cross channel marketing programs to support our brand at national retailers including strategy and campaign development, execution, communications and reporting.
  • Partner with the larger marketing team on end-to-end execution of campaigns, including but not limited to working with the greater marketing team and channel leads on campaign creation, writing creative, and managing assets and deliverables.
  • Directly communicate and negotiate with affiliate partners on campaign strategies for e-comm and wholesale including contract terms, commission rates, TM+ advertising, and more.
  • Develop and ensure execution of agreements, monitor publisher compliance and content creation/deliverable fulfillment.
  • Vet and partner with new publishers, develop relationships with existing publishers, and foster strategic relationships that drive the channel forward.
  • Manage media subsidies with affiliate partners including advertising budget allocation, promotional schedules, ad creatives and content ideation.
  • Serve as day-to-day marketing liaison to wholesale team and partner with the team to execute wholesale marketing calendar and initiatives that supports our retail partners.
  • Track campaign performance against key performance indicators, including but not limited to revenue, traffic, order conversions, impressions, clicks, CTR and make recommendations to increase revenue and customer acquisition


  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in marketing with 2+ years of affiliate management and must be passionate about driving growth with exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of leading affiliate networks including ShareASale, Rakuten, CJ or similar // as well as sub-affiliate networks such as LikeToKnow.It (formerly RewardStyle), ShopStyle, SkimLinks and more.
  • Knowledge of the overall affiliate and coupon/cashback landscape and major affiliate players.
  • Strong knowledge of blogging, vlogging and social networks as well as of the various influencer segments (nano, micro, mid-tier, macro, mega) and an established network of agents and managers.
  • Experience with outreach, campaign development/management, partnerships agreements, contract development and negotiations.
  • Skill in assessing data and analytics and communicating results and findings.
  • Stay on top of industry best practices and new capabilities.
  • Strong team management, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-growing and changing environment.
