Job description
The Role To support us during an exceptional time of growth, Little Otter is looking for a tenacious and organized leader to join our Marketing team and shape the future of our brand. This is a generalized marketing role at the intersection of marketing and product, and you will lead initiatives that directly impact Little Otter’s revenue. You’ll define and own the company’s external brand and voice across a variety of channels.Salary: $120-150k plus equity
Responsibilities
- Develop and own content calendar across all channels
- Run data-led experiments to determine where resources should be focused across social platforms
- Project manager product announcement and launch campaigns from initial concept to execution
- Work closely with broader business team on go-to-market strategy for customer acquisition
- Drive continued external visibility by working with media outlets and conference organizers for enhanced brand exposure
- Effectively source, diligence, and partner with external agencies brought on to expand scope of our marketing
- Dive into data to present management with insights around marketing campaign success and strategies
About You!
- 5+ years of experience in marketing related roles with prior poof points of ownership and results
- Demonstrated experience (& excitement for) working in self-managed, fast-paced environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to explain complex topics in a clear way to both crypto-native and novice audiences
- Demonstrated understanding of a marketing funnel and how to align campaign strategies with customer journeys
- Experience working with data-oriented and DTC marketing
- You love working in small, dynamic, fast-paced teams that encourage you to learn and grow
- You are passionate about using your experience and expertise to inspire the team
- Prior work experience in health/wellness is a plus
