Job description

Job Objective: Support National Sales Team with wholesale customer service
Description of Responsibilities

  • Assist in new customer, item and brand set up forms
  • Invoice, track, and coordinate shipments for sales samples
  • Support the wholesale order fulfillment cycle as required
  • Process billbacks and credits as required
  • Process state tax filings and reports
  • Coordinate Limited Release and Allocated Offers
  • Create/format offer sheet
  • Run back-order report when offer closes
  • Track receipts of incoming goods
  • Allocate goods with portfolio manager if orders exceed inventory
  • Communicate to sales reps when product is ready to ship
  • Invoice orders at correct DI/Pre-arrival pricing
  • Follow-up with reps/customers who have not taken product after 30 days
  • Remove protection from item (no-ship, inflated OP reserve levels) once all orders are shipped or declined.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of wine & spirits terminology
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite/Outlook
