Job description


Under limited supervision, maintains and oversees company grounds, buildings and equipment to ensure that a workspace is safe and functional. Their duties include negotiating contracts with service providers, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations and coordinating renovations, expansion projects and updates.


  • Be available 24/7 should security or facility issues arise unexpectedly.
  • Communicate and coordinate inspections and downtime for periodic maintenance with all impacted parties.
  • Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members.
  • Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces.
  • Performing routine inspections, audits and maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed.
  • Communicate and schedule planned and unplanned inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors and impacted ETI operations.
  • Ensuring proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals.
  • Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders and Finesse entries.
  • Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff.
  • Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions.
  • Collaborating with contractors and upper management on budgeting for facility’s needs.
  • Complies with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training.
  • Maintains clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara safety policies.


  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university) or equivalent years of experience


  • Six (6) or more years related experience preferably in the manufacturing industry. Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience.
  • Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC and other building systems
  • Strong Customer Relations skills.


  • Working knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint and support product software (e.g. maintenance program, pump monitoring)
  • Proficiency with repair tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to speak with all levels of employees, guests, vendors and team members
  • Great time management, organization and prioritization abilities
  • Keen attention to detail and efficient problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time
  • Strong relationship building skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal colleagues

and customer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
