Must Haves:

· Driven/Self Starter; Ability to perform work duties with limited supervision (needs little direction needed and energized to work independently, once trained)

· Database familiarity (ability to work in multiple databases and pick-up on database learning easily)

· Must be able to work 8-5pm

Primary Responsibilities:

· Laboratory Equipment Service Requests: Assist with coordination of Laboratory Equipment Service Requests (LESR) from receipt of service request, to scheduling, and completion of service requests.

· Laboratory Equipment Scheduling, Follow-Up & Confirmations: Send scheduling requests, perform follow-up for unscheduled requests/requests that are pending action, send visit confirmations for all scheduled visits.

· Laboratory Equipment Service Request Reconciliation: Coordinate with end users and suppliers to obtain laboratory asset service reports for completed requests and ensure each request includes the proper asset information and associated documentation.

· Laboratory Equipment Service Visit Documentation Follow-up: Send follow-up emails to prescheduled visitors who require additional documentation prior to service visits occuring.

· Preventative Maintenance: Compile asset information from Asset Database and work with vendors to schedule annual equipment maintenance visits for 5,000+ assets.

· Meetings & Presentations: Assist with scheduling laboratory equipment related meetings, develop/distribute detailed meeting summaries and support with basic presentation development

· Laboratory Equipment Service Data: Support with creating laboratory equipment service data reports and distributing to key stakeholders.

· Support Senior Facilities Asset Management Specialist II with additional ad-hoc Lab Equipment Service related inquiries.

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to sit remote for a large pharmaceutical client. This coordinator will report to the Senior Facilities Asset Management Specialist II and will support the Asset Management Team with laboratory equipment service related functions. This role will mainly assist with coordination/scheduling of laboratory equipment service visits; ensuring service visits are scheduled as requested, follow-up is completed, emails are responded to in a timely manner, visit confirmations distributed to the appropriate personnel, and documentation follow-up is provided. In addition to the above, support will also include: reconciliation of completed service visits/requests in Regeneron’s asset management database, scheduling meetings and developing meeting summaries for laboratory equipment, scheduling preventative maintenance visits for laboratory assets and other projects such as presentation development or creation of asset data reports. This position will communicate heavily with vendors, Regeneron Stakeholders (equipment owners/users & Research and Development Site Operations) and the Asset Management Team.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
