This position is also available for employment in these areas: Draper UT, Remote - Utah Job Description: We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Legal Team. This person will handle a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little supervision. This person will be very well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting a fast paced executive. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.

What you’ll own:
  • Maintain appointment schedules by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Organizing time by reading, researching and routing correspondence: drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications
  • Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of the executive
  • Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data, and graphics
  • Hold the absolute highest standards of confidentiality as this person often has access to and is asked to help coordinate business items that are both restricted and critical
  • Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems
  • Manage the new hire experience for attorneys and paralegals by ensuring they have all necessary equipment, meetings scheduled with key business partners, and acting as a first point of contact
  • Contribute to an encouraging, high performing team culture by organizing All-Hands meetings, offsites, and other collaborative efforts within the Legal organization
  • Submit requests for team bonus nominations, and seeing them through the process of approval and payment
Experience You'll Need:
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives or Partners at B2B SaaS companies
  • Experience operating in a fast growing company; tech company experience preferred
