What will you be doing:

The Epic Willow (Rx) Analyst is responsible for developing user specifications, clinical operations workflows, application build/configuration, testing, and implementation. Participates within project teams and with end-users to develop and recommend design options, applying clinical workflow knowledge and experience. Provides project team support, end-user training, and application maintenance/problem–resolution.

  • Performs intermediate level design, build and implementation assignments/projects. Based on core knowledge of application and operational requirements can translate requirements/concepts into functionality.
  • Gathers, designs, and develops detailed specifications and participates incorporating clinical, business, and technical requirements.
  • Utilizes clinical and operational expertise to ensure team deliverables support the delivery of safe and efficient care.
  • Participates in re-engineering of operational work-flow processes with end-users/business owners and maintains working level understanding of assigned departmental operations.


Experience Requirements:

  • One (1)+ year experience in a clinical field. Informatic residence experience preferred.
  • Two (2)+ years of relevant work experience in clinical information or working with healthcare information management system.
  • Committed to maintain high standard patient safety, strive for excellence, and improve patient experience.
  • Project management skillset required.

Educational/Certification Requirements:

Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD).

Epic Certification required. (Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory preferred)
