Job description

Purpose of the Position: To provide customer service and support for the Bank’s Electronic Banking products and services, including ACH Origination, Visa Debit, Visa Credit, online banking, mobile banking, voice banking, [email protected], P2P, and eStatements and other services as needed. Provide support to the Operations and Loan departments.

Education, Training & Experience:
 Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
 Working knowledge of Electronic Banking products, services and regulations
 Knowledge of ACH rules and Regulations recommended
 Good communication skills to address customers face-to-face, over the phone and email inquiries
 Willingness to learn new software systems and attend training
 Willingness to learn all new technology changes and new products coming to the E Banking department

Physical and Mental Qualifications:
 Must sit for extended periods of time (70%)
 Must stand/walk for extended periods of time (30%)
 Requires valid US Drivers License
 Requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching and handling
 Requires speaking, hearing, seeing, depth perception and color vision
 Must be able to lift/carry up to 20lbs.
 Must be able to concentrate on detailed reports and records
 Must have hand dexterity to operate a computer
 Able to react and adapt to change

 Analytical Ability

Essential Job Duties:
 Be well informed and trained on all Visa debit functions
 Interact and communicate with other departments directly or indirectly
 Communicate recurring or serious issues to the E-Banking Manager
 Assist the Bank’s personal and business customer’s on the phone or in person when they are locked out of the online banking system and set new passwords
 Assist customer’s to ensure they are using the correct browser for their electronic device
 Respond to customer inquiries received from online/mobile banking and the Bank’s website
 Provide support for the Bank’s business customers that use cash management services and bill pay
 Provide support for the Bank’s consumer customers who use online/mobile banking and bill pay
 Review reports to ensure accuracy of online banking registrations
 Process Visa debit card adjustments and disputes with strict adherence to Regulation E
 Order debit cards for new and expiring cards
 Perform debit card maintenance
 Review daily visa reports to verify card ordering and accuracy of the file maintenance to cards
 Coordinate with E-Banking Manager in handling compromised card lists from Visa and CSI
 Support the E-Banking Manager in other duties as assigned and provide backup/direction to the E-Banking Specialists as needed
