What You’ll Do Here

Here at Indeed Flex, our mission is simple: we help people get jobs. We do this through a marketplace where individuals can see and book shifts with freedom, transparency, and choice. As we expand into new markets in the United States, we are seeking an experience Recruitment & Marketing professional to join our team to drive the flow of new employees at volume to our app. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be responsible for building the strategy and realizing the vision for expansion at scale across the US.

In this role, you will grow our Job Seeker (Flexer) Acquisition Operations across multiple states and multiple verticals, driving the recruitment marketing strategy to effectively scale our Flexer Acquisition to get more people hired.You will hire, manage, and lead a team of Flexer marketers and a team of recruitment professionals, building and fostering strong cross-functional relationships with Executives, Directors, and Managers across all functions of Indeed Flex.

  • Lead, inspire, and grow a team consisting of Recruitment Marketing professionals, Recruiters, Sourcers, and Recruitment Support staff
  • Develop and drive a comprehensive strategy to enable Indeed Flex to attract and acquire the Flexer workforce needed to meet client demands across multiple states and verticals
  • Implement Recruitment Marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and deliver volume recruitment in scale with market and user insights and creative storytelling without bias towards particular channels
  • Establish metrics and KPIs for Recruitment Marketing and Flexer Recruitment to deliver volume recruitment capacity and productivity
  • Drive decisions with data - collect, arrange, analyze, and create visualizations and reports to make informed decisions, improve impact and efficiency, communicate challenges and progress to stakeholders, analyze pipeline health and conversion metrics to identify trends and develop predictive analyses to optimize our recruitment process

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule onsite at least three days per week at our office in Austin, TX - relocation assistance is available for this role
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Business to Consumer (B2C) Marketing, Operations Management, Management Consulting, Recruitment, or RPO
  • Experienced in leading a talent organization during a high growth stage with the ability to coach, empower, and develop a team
  • Experienced in using data to identify challenges and priorities, measure impact, and develop data-driven plans to achieve goals
  • Expertise in managing projects to break down problems into parts and solve problems using processes and/or product improvements
  • Expertise in recruitment, marketing, and hiring compliance best practices
  • Expertise in designing and communicating clear processes and analytical, yet creative, approaches to problem-solving
  • Highly proficient in building relationships with external job seekers and internal stakeholders to perceive challenges from different viewpoints
  • You’re a great communicator and highly collaborative - we’re at our best when we all pull in the same direction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $190,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
