Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking an individual with a passion to produce creative digital content that resonates with the interests of the intended audience to serve as a Digital Marketing Specialist. This position will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and will work closely with the larger marketing team as well as agency partners. As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Precision Planting you’ll get to develop relationships with our targeted audiences and increase brand awareness through numerous digital initiatives. More specifically, you’ll get to:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Contribute to digital advertising campaigns and brand initiatives both directly and in conjunction with our external media agencies; including organic, paid, and ambassador marketing

  • Produce brand-appropriate written and light visual designs for digital channels such as: search, display, native, social, email, mobile messaging, ambassadors, and more

  • Assist with the creation of channel strategies and editorial calendars

  • Collaborate with designers and media producers for digital asset needs

  • Maintain and build custom audience lists to use for distributing emails, targeting ads, and providing data-driven content

  • Review analytics and provide strategic recommendations for how to best leverage digital tools

  • Be a champion for our company branding, messaging, and digital best practices

  • Train internal teams and dealerships while providing digital assistance and support as needed

  • Strategize with the broader team on digital marketing strategies, data usage, channels, tactics, and other ideas you have

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience

  • Strong understanding of how current digital marketing channels function

  • Knowledge of analytical tools to measure digital and social media success

  • Solid project management skills – will need to to juggle multiple projects, organize and prioritize, and respond quickly to changes

  • Strong interpersonal skills – will need to interact and collaborate with multiple departments & agencies

  • Excellent team and communication skills – both written and verbal

  • A background in agriculture is desired, but not required

  • Bonus skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Hubspot certifications, familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Ads Manager
