Fastrics is looking for Data Analytics Manager to join our growing team. This full-time position is for individuals who enjoy a team-based environment building and mentoring other consultants and a hands-on development role in data analytics using the latest applications to tackle various data projects across all industries.

This position is starting at $115,000 and is a remote position for U.S. based applicants. Includes full benefits including 401k with employer match incentive.

Responsibilities:

• Support clients with data analytics tools and applications to meet their project specific needs
• Conduct data analyses such as trending, variation, and comparative analyses of processing controls
• Write high quality SQL/Python/Alteryx code and organize data structures to efficiently drive scalable workflows and analyze data
• Architect complex data-centric and business intelligence solutions
• Create Tableau visualizations by owning the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards to inform business decisions and improved outcomes·
• Provide the business with thought-leadership and insights on how to drive continuous and meaningful improvement across key financial, performance, and consumer metrics·
• Show a strong aptitude for carrying out solutions and translating objectives into a scalable solution that meets end customers’ needs within deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

• Experience with SQL Server, Power BI, Python, Alteryx, Tableau
• Experience with data concepts, database queries, flows and movements -or- experience with creating informative and interactive data visualizations/models

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters (preferred) Degree in data analytics or similar program (information technology, computer science, business, or engineering)

Technical Skills:

• Self-starter, self-managed, quick learner, problem-solver with a positive, collaborative, and team-based attitude
• Excellent communication skills, ability to engage with other team members and clients
• Strong organizational skill and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Aptitude to learn new data analytics tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $115,000.00 per year
