Idaho Valve & Fitting, a distributor of Swagelok products, is searching for an energetic customer service professional to join our team at our Idaho Falls location! In this role, you will work together with the broader team to deliver exceptional service and support our long-term customers in a manner that builds trust, confidence, and long-term relationships. We have four locations and service customers in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and Nevada.
Responsibilities include:
- working with internal and external customers to prepare quotes and process orders
- processing, scheduling, and expediting orders to meet customer needs
- working with other departments to find solutions that meet customer expectations
- the opportunity to assist with continuous improvement efforts, spearhead special projects, and progress your career with training and development opportunities
- contributing as a critical member of our high-performance team where your demonstrated teamwork and collaboration will help us achieve our collective success
