MyFlight Tours is hiring for a Customer Service Liaison to help answer phones remotely. This job can be done from anywhere.

Job Description:

You will be in charge of answering phones and helping customers with the following:

  • Booking flights manually taking customer payment methods over the phone
  • Answering basic location-based questions (i.e. hours of operation, parking, directions, etc)
  • Rebooking customers, adding tickets to bookings, canceling flights
  • Quoting custom flights (gender reveals, custom tours, rose petal drops, etc...)
  • Other miscellaneous questions customers may have about MyFlight Tours and our helicopter tours.

* You must be AVAILABLE to take calls during these times. This does not mean you will be working during these times consistently. You may have multiple hours without any calls during these times, or potentially multiple calls during these hours. It all depends on how busy our locations are.

Monday - Friday: 9am - 3pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75.00 per day
