  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Customer experience is preferred but not required.

  • Must have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace with a desktop or laptop, headset, and reliable wired high-speed internet connection
  • Must demonstrate professionalism with excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
  • Must be skilled in spelling and grammar rules Must be willing to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessment
  • Must be willing to work hard and strive for high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Must be articulate with excellent command of the English language Must be 18 years old or older Must have a high school degree or equivalent
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must reside in the US
  • Not eligible to residents of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin
  • Access to a smartphone for system verification required
