We connect patients with hassle-free sexual healthcare through discreet and immediate online access with convenient treatment that saves them time, money, and stress. What you’ll do - responsibilities:

  • Functions as a liaison between the patients and the provider team.
  • Communicates with patients over phone and text during regular business hours

Who you are - skills and experience:

  • Successful completion of an Allied Health or Medical Assistant program from an accredited institution
  • 1+ year(s) working in primary or reproductive care
  • Comfortable counseling on sensitive health issues
  • Experience as a hotline peer counselor or peer trauma counselor
  • Experience working with diverse patient backgrounds, including race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
