About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager who will be excited about lifelong learning, has a genuine interest in international education and has a curiosity for the latest technology. This position requires proven expertise in developing and implementing successful marketing initiatives, identifying new online learning program opportunities as well as expanding channels to promote our programs globally. The role is perfect for a confident and proactive self-starter who already has some significant all-around marketing experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.

How you will make an impact:

  • Understanding how to apply market and audience insights to established product positioning, call to action, and key messages that speak to the target audience in B2B and B2C channels
  • Interpret analytics to inform marketing plans, tactics, and creative initiatives.
  • Develop and perform integrated marketing plans across digital and direct response channels to achieve the target number of inquiries.
  • Identify new product and channel opportunities to deliver against growth initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure delivery on time and within budget
  • Orchestrate with internal team members to optimize performance across channels.
  • Adhere to partner institution brand standards across all marketing materials and channels.
  • Act as liaison between internal/external clients, partner agencies, execution team, and management to ensure flawless communications and program execution.

What we look for:

  • 5+ years of relevant B2B/B2C digital marketing experience, preferably in an international education environment, and who will add diversity to the current team
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field of study.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to create experiences that delight prospective students at each stage of their journey, with strong project management skills
  • Strategic thinker who can evaluate new business opportunities to drive business growth
  • Confident and professional presentation skills at all decision-making levels
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
  • Strong project management skills.

  • Ability to work in a multitasking entrepreneurial environment.
