Summary of Position:

Premier has an opportunity for an Associate Brand Manager or Brand Manager to join our Marketing team. We are looking for a dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for winning who desires to make a direct impact on an organization without multiple layers of bureaucracy. The position is based in White Plains, N.Y. and will report directly to our Senior Brand Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage branded portfolio of consumer products for various retailers (Ecommerce, Mass, Drug, Food, Alternate Channels)
  • Leading launch, development and support of our newest licensed-brand product line (Amazon and brick-and-mortar)
  • Leading branding/ brand architecture and future product development for new independent brand(s) (Amazon-based)
  • Ideate, find white space, develop and launch new product innovations into the marketplace – collaborating with the New Product Development team
  • Identify improvements, enhancements, and cost savings to maximize profitability as well as consumer experience
  • Develop marketing and advertising plans to drive growth of products, with a focus on Digital/ Social Media
  • Grow branded ecommerce program with Amazon, Walmart and Target, among others
  • Develop marketing collateral such as new product sell sheets and sell in presentations
  • Maximize modest media and trade budgets to make a big impact
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams (Art, Sales, Project Management, Regulatory, Purchasing) to achieve objectives to expand business and meet customer requests

Performs other related duties as assigned; flexible on time as required

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree required, Marketing preferred

· Minimum 2-5 years relevant brand management/ consumer marketing experience, ideally with fast-moving consumer packaged goods in the OTC and/or personal care space (title based on level of experience)

· Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Consumer Packaged Goods in the Food/ Drug/ Mass/ E-commerce channels

· Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and launching new products/ product improvements

· Experience growing sales on the Amazon platform (Seller Central) is desired, but not required

· Creative, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate quantitative learnings into product recommendations

· Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through skills

· Keen attention to detail, organized with the ability to prioritize and execute deadlines

· Strong sense of accountability and ownership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
