Salary range: $50 - 55k annual + 1-3k performance bonus

The Administrative Assistant will:
Coordinate and maintain Endpoints Chief of Staff calendar
Assist with scheduling for Endpoints co-CEO’s
HR related administrative duties (job posting management, letter prep etc)
Meeting agenda prep
Travel booking for staff travel
Expense and receipt tracking
Assists with company swag, happy mail and surprise treat ordering for our employees
The occasional slide deck prep
Must-haves that we're looking for:
2 years of administrative experience

401K Plan: You are eligible for participation and vesting in our company 401K plan. Endpoints will match 100% of the first 3% of an employee’s contribution; followed by 50% match of the next 2%.
Paid time off (PTO): 144 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) per calendar year, earned as you accrue time with the company.
Paid holidays: The entire company is off on MLK Day, Washington’s Birthday, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. On the days between Christmas and New Year’s Day, we work “half-time”.
