Administrative Assistant
Job description
Position Summary:
The primary job responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant are to coordinate and administer general office activities, as well as accounts payable functions.
Essential Functions:
The Administrative Assistant may be assigned one or more duties. These duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Greet visitors.
+ Perform a variety of clerical duties, including filing, faxing, and copying, composing and distributing memos, routine correspondence, and other documents, and directing incoming phone calls and mail.
+ Develop and maintain professional and courteous relationships with internal and external customers.
+ Communicate with property manager concerning building or maintenance issues.
+ Monitor inventory of office supplies and upkeep of office machines, and order supplies and request maintenance as necessary.
+ Code invoices, prepare and submit all accounts payable for payment.
+ Process employee expense reports.
+ Effectively communicate with all customers, staff and management.
+ Manage time and organize work with minimal direction.
+ Adhere to all Falck Aurora policies and protocols.
+ Demonstrate ability to learn new computer programs and perform basic data entry.
Additional Duties:
The Administrative Assistant may be assigned one or more additional duties. These duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Attend all required meetings.
+ Perform other job related duties as assigned by Management.

Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
