Job Summary UK Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement is seeking a qualified individual to serve as the Philanthropy Gift Processor in our Gift Receiving Office. The Philanthropy Gift Processor will contribute directly to the stewardship of annual and major gift donors by ensuring prompt and accurate processing of gifts and gift acknowledgements. This individual will be responsible for reconciling credit card gift transactions processed through the UK Philanthropy online giving pages and directly authorizing credit card gifts transmitted by donors via mail and phone. Gifts will be processed according to UK Philanthropy and Gift Receiving policies and procedures and in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. The Philanthropy Gift Processor will work cooperatively as a member of the Gift Receiving team to promote a positive work environment and model excellent customer service.
